Normal Community forward Marco Reynolds just got another college basketball offer. I talked to her about recruiting, making school history, and what’s in store for this upcoming season

Marco just got an offer to Millikin University which is a division three school. She currently has three basketball offers.

How has the recruiting process been for you so far?

“It’s been pretty good, I’ve been on a few campus visits/tours and they’ve been nice!”

Normal Community set a school record in wins going 31-4 on the year. I asked Marco how do they improve from their historic season.

Normal Community had a great year last season. What do you have to do to have that same success this year?

“I would definitely say that part of our success was from our team chemistry. We have a great group of girls that get along very well and that will definitely translate to the floor. I also would say our team had a lot of speed last year and this year would be the same with getting down the floor fast. I do feel like with less size this year we will have to be able to move the ball around the perimeter fast which we did well with last year, but also being able to get it to the post when myself, Sydney Jansen, or Armoni Conner are on the floor.”

Here are some notable players on Normal Community to look for  this year, A’miha Lester, Kenna Malinowski, Raina Powers, Sydney Jansen, and Marco Reynolds. Normal Community is looking to build off of their impressive 31 wins from last year and replicate it again.
