East Peoria infielder Jackson Ahrens has been on fire this season. As of today, Jackson has a batting average of .593 collecting 35 hits with 11 doubles, five triples, seven homers and 23 RBIs. East Peoria has a new varsity girls basketball coach. Paris Gulley will take over at East Peoria as he replaces Adam Binger. In four seasons, Binger went 28-59 and 3-53 in the Mid-Illini. Gulley played division one basketball at Wisconsin-Milwaukee and averaged 14 points per game his senior year. For the past three years, Michael has been the head coach for the boys soccer team. Now, he is making the switch to coach girls basketball. Michael played college basketball at Eureka college. In his senior season, he was named the 2010 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Year where he averaged 21.4 points and 9.9 rebounds per game. Ca
