Kennedy Quinn commits to DePaul University

What stood out about DePaul that made you commit? “The thing that stood out about Depaul that made me commit was the coaching staff’s belief in me and the view that they have on my ability to help them succeed.”

What advice would you give a recruit that is going through a visit? “An advice I would give a recruit is to always stay in the moment, be grateful, and to find the right fit for you! Never compare your recruiting journey to others and trust that when it is right you will know!”

You’ve had some great seasons at A-Town. What are you looking for in your senior season? “For my senior season I’m obviously hoping to make a great run in the post season and hopefully win state! But most of all I want to make everyone around me better and I want to be present in each and every moment.”

Kennedy averaged 23 points, 6 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 3.1 steals a game this past year. She was a first team 1A all-state. Kennedy is a talented guard that has state ranked Abingdon-Avon in a position to go far in the postseason again.
