High School Baseball Recap March 21st 2024

We had a lot of games today. Let's get all caught up.

Dunlap Lincoln

Dunlap's Davis Weeks had himself a day. He went 4-4 with 2 RBI's. Eli Michanicou delivered in the 5th inning with an RBI single to take a 9-8 lead. Dunlap won 12-8 to get to 5-0 on the season.

Morton Richwoods

The Morton Potters broke a 5-5 tie in the 7th inning scoring 3 runs to win 8-5.

Boeker went 2-4 with 2 RBI's in the win for the Potters. Lehman in relief for the Potters went 3 innings giving up 1 hit walking 2 and striking out 5.

East Peoria Bloomington Central Catholic

The Raiders offense was on full display as they scored 9 runs in the 1st three innings. They got up to a 9-1 lead. Bloomington scored 4 in the bottom of the 3rd to cut into the lead to 9-5. In the top of the 5th the Raiders scored thanks to Duncheon's RBI single to make it 10-5. Auggie Lohnes hit a double to score two and extend the lead to 12-5. East Peoria wins 15-5 to get to 5-0 on the season.

Owen Hidden had a productive day at the plate for the Raiders going 3-3 with 3 RBI's.
