Here are some of the players that could win an award at the end of the season.

MVP 

The Most Valuable Player award is an award that every player in the league wants. Getting the MVP Award in this league is historic, and is earned. 

Luke Ketchum Miller Lite Falcons

Luke has been an absolute monster at the plate and has a ridiculous RBI pace. Luke Ketchum is a massive part of the Miller Lite Falcons success. He has five home runs (The single season homerun record is nine by John Santor in 2018) and seventeen RBI’s on the season. 

Colton Williams Brienzo’s Orioles 

Colton Williams has a .405 batting average on the season with two home runs and ten RBI’s. He also has two stolen bases. The Orioles catcher has been doing it with his bat and glove. 

Noah Chase Pour Bros Jacks 

Noah Chase is batting .362 avg with thirteen RBI’s on the season. Noah is a two way player and has eleven strikeouts in 15.1 innings for the Pour Bros Jacks. 

Batting Title

Jameson Dickerson Crusens Reds

Jameson has a .421 batting average on the season in eleven games.

Haydon Hawksworth Weaver’s Bandits

Haydon has a .448 batting average in ten games played this season. 

Alex Seaton Miller Lite Falcons 

Alex has a .415 batting average in thirteen games played this season.

Gavin Kleist Kohl’s Diamond Gallery Royals 

Gavin has a .394 batting average in ten games played this season.

Rookie of the Year

Ryne Krum of the MoveSmart Mariners has been impressive with his bat. He has a .237 batting average with one home run and five RBI's on the season.

Manager of the Year 

Lance Hrdlicka Miler Lite Falcons 

Lance has the first place Miller Lite Falcons in a great spot. He has added guys to his roster and they are contributing. 

Pitcher of the Year

The Pitcher of the Year award is given to the best pitcher in the league. This award could also be called the Clay McConkey Award with how much Clay McConkey has won it. 

Clay McConkey Miller Lite Falcons 

It’s another season with Clay McConkey in the running for another Pitcher of the Year award. The strikeout king of the league is back and continues to be dominant in the Peoria Sunday Morning League. He has a record of 3-0 with a 0.98 ERA, thirty strikeouts, and just five walks in 21.1 innings. Clay McConkey is looking for his third straight Peoria Sunday Morning League Pitcher of the year award and his eight total in his hall of fame career. 

Cole Thomas Brienzo’s Orioles 

Cole Thomas has a 4-1 record with a 1.75 ERA. He has walked fourteen batters and struck out thirty one in 24 innings. 

Brandon Barrientos Firehouse Pizza Expos

Brandon Barrientos has a 2-0 record with a 0.85 ERA. He has walked thirteen batters and struck out twenty nine in 24 innings. 

Gavin Thompson Pour Bros Jacks 

Gavin Thompson has a filthy arsenal with a hard fastball. Combine all that together and he has put up some excellent numbers this season. His first start of the season he allowed just one hit, and struck out sixteen batters. He has a 3-0 record with a 1.33 ERA. He has walked just five batters striking out thirty nine in fifteen innings.

With more games left this month, a lot can happen. Who takes home awards, and most importantly, who takes home the coveted Thome Trophy?
