PSML Collegiate Update

The 111th season of the Peoria Sunday Morning is almost here. Let’s take a look at how the players performed this college season. 




Brienzo’s Orioles 

Eric Campen- Monmouth 

Eric had a batting average of .292 avg with one home run and 16 RBI’s on the season at Monmouth University. 


Mason Heitzler- St. Ambrose 

Mason is batting .260 avg with two home runs and 29 RBI’s on the season at St. Ambrose University. 


Colton Williams- ICC 

Colton batted .143 avg with one RBI on the season at ICC. 


Crusens Reds 

Colton Allen- Carl Sandburg 

Colton hit .302 average with three home runs and 25 RBI’s on the season.

Brady Bolen- ICC 

Brady had a record of 5-3 on the season. On April 7th in the win against Lincoln Land, Brady threw seven scoreless innings allowing just three hits, and struck out five batters.



Brandon Coats- Monmouth 

Brandon had 40 strikeouts in 53 innings on the season at Monmouth University. 



Charlie Lardi- Southern Illinois

Charlie threw 1.1 innings and struckout three at Southern Illinois University. 




Firehouse Expos 

Nash Clementz- Mount Mercy U 

Nash has one RBI on the season. 


 Connor Drowns- Elmhurst 

Connor had a batting average of .242 with one home run and five RBI’s. 


Brock Luna- Central College Iowa 

Brock hit three home runs, and eight RBI’s on the season. 


Stephen Stufflebeam- Central College in Iowa 

Stephen had a  batting average of .282 with one home run, and 22 RBI’s on the season. 



Chase Mason- U Indy

Chase is having a huge year at U Indy. He’s batting .340 avg with seven home runs and 57 RBI’s on the season. He stole 21 bases. All of these numbers are career highs.

Spencer Timm- ICC 

Spencer Timm had eight strikeouts in 17 innings at ICC. He is now transferring to Mount Mercy University. 


Lane Hunt- ICC

Lane Hunt finished the season with a 13.25 ERA in 17.2  innings at ICC. He is transferring to Olivet Nazarene University.


 Easton Harris- SIU-E

Easton has 23 strikeouts in 25.1 innings. At the plate, he has one home run and two RBI’s this season at SIUE. He's third in the nation in saves with 12th saves on the season. Easton received all conference first team honors.



Nolan Reiman- Millikin

Nolan has a 3.00 ERA with 30 strikeouts in 33 innings at Millikin University. 


Jack Campbell- Lewis and Clark 

Jack Campbell had a batting average of .286 avg with six RBI’s at Lewis and Clark this season. 


Miller Lite Falcons


Ben Subbert- Limestone HS

Ben has been great out of the bullpen for Limestone. He has a 1.25 ERA with 43 strikeouts in his senior year for the Rockets. 


Alex Seaton- Olivet Nazarene 

Alex had a  great season at Olivet Nazarene. Batting average of .319 avg with four home runs, and 37 RBI’s on the season. Alex received all conference second team award. 


Bryson Horning- Olivet Nazarene 

Bryson had a 1.33 ERA with two saves, and 25 strikeouts on the season. 

Bryson earned all conference first team honors this season. 





Pour Bros Jacks

Josh Arnett Spoon River CC 

Josh finished the season with a .292 avg with five home runs, and 35 RBI’s for Spoon River.

Noah Chase St. Ambrose University 

Noah collected two RBI’s at the plate. On the mound, Noah struckout 25. 



Camden Taylor Morton

Camden is a two-way player that has helped Morton in a tough Mid-Illini Conference. He has a batting average of .250, along with throwing forty innings striking out fifty eight batters. Holding an impressive 1.23 ERA.  







Kohl’s Diamond Gallery Royals Colin DeLaere- Eureka College 

Colin had 11 strikeouts in 12.2 innings at Eureka College. 



MoveSmart Mariners 

Alex Garcia Dominican University 

Alex has a .260 average with three home runs and 15 RBI’s on the season. 




Chuck Hathaway Carl Sandburg 

Chuck had a .309 batting average with 11 home runs and 50 RBI's. 

Chuck went on a tear at the plate. He hit a home run in four straight games including a two homer game. 


High School Update Weavers Bandits 

This year will be a special one with a new team, the Weavers Bandits. All of the players on this team are high school graduates committed to play collegiate baseball. 



Jackson Ahrens East Peoria Northern Illinois commit

Jackson went on a stretch where he was the hottest hitter in the nation. He hit for the cycle in back to back games! He has a batting average of .462 and has seven home runs, with 30 RBI’s on the season. He will be a guy to watch on this talented Weavers Bandits team. 


Landon Gray Dunlap 

Luther College Commit 

Landon Gray has been one of Dunlap’s most consistent arms. With a high school career ERA under one, he's been one of the best pitchers in the state of Illinois. This season, Landon has 34 strikeouts in 23.2 innings with a .59 ERA.



Auggie Lohnes East Peoria

ICC Commit  

Auggie is batting .370 with seven home runs, and 29 RBI’s on the season. Auggie and Jackson were a big part of East Peoria’s success and will hope to keep that hot hitting with the Bandits this summer. 


Matt Sander Morton 

Millikin Commit 

Matt has struck out 45 batters in 33.2 innings this year at Morton. He also has a batting average of .245 with eight RBI’s on the season. He is committed to Millikin University for baseball. 


Stephen Petri Metamora 

Carl Sandburg Commit 

Stephen has a batting average of .280 along with 10 RBI’s on the season. On the mound, Stephen has a 1.94 ERA with a 7-1 record. He has 57 strikeouts in 47 innings. 




The Peoria Sunday Morning League has tons of talent. Come out to Eastside Centre on Sunday to watch all these talented players.
