Here is the first Power Rankings for High School Baseball
East Peoria 8-1
East Peoria has a deep roster with essentially no weak spots in the lineup. With a record of 8-1 this year, East Peoria could be one of the best teams in the Area.
2. Dunlap 8-1
Dunlap has some great players on their team with identical depth like East Peoria. Their varsity roster has seniors all the way down to freshman who start on the team. They just came back from their spring break trip down in Myrtle Beach where they went 3-1. Dunlap now starts the conference schedule with a record of 8-1.
3. Morton 5-1
Morton isn't a stranger when it comes to being at the top of standings in baseball. They have a record of 5-1. The one loss came in the first game of the season against a very talented Normal Community team losing 1-0 in ten innings.
4. Washington 4-2
Washington is 4-2 on the season with not facing many local teams this season. They played a lot of Chicago teams to start the season like Benet Academy. Washington is coming off of a loss against a talented Normal University team. Gavin Lawrence is a player to watch for the Panthers.
